The wall-mounted hygiene unit automatically prepares and sprays a cleaning or disinfectant solution using a Venturi system. Designed for dispensing a single product, it offers a practical solution for commercial premises requiring regular cleaning and disinfection.
Venturi system dosing
The Venturi principle draws the product from the container and mixes it with water before spraying. Dosing is therefore carried out directly at the unit, which simplifies the preparation of the solution and the organisation of cleaning operations.
Equipment included
The unit is supplied without a thermoformed PVC casing. It includes a spray gun with impact protection, rated for up to 80 °C and 25 bar, a 15-metre food-grade wash hose rated for up to 70 °C and 20 bar, and a stainless steel holder for a 5-litre container.
Installation and use
Wall mounting minimises the space taken up and helps keep the cleaning area tidy. The 15-metre hose provides a wide operating range around the unit. The cleaning or disinfectant solution to be sprayed is not included and must be selected separately depending on the intended use.
